Title: Human Resource Generalist
Location: Pune, India
Position Description:
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of Human Resource functions within the firm. You will partner with the Sr. Level HR Partners to support strategy execution, and to manage change leadership, performance management, and organizational design. You are responsible for assisting with the development, coordination, support and implementation of targeted HR initiatives for the firm.
Your responsibilities include a variety of human resources administration functions, including: conducting hiring processes, recruiting, initial training, new associate orientation, administering benefits, entering associate information, maintaining personnel files, providing counseling, maintaining and developing the culture of the firm, training and workshop support and vendor selection and empanelment.
Requirements
Graduate or Post Graduate in Marketing with 0-3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of Computers and Microsoft Office
Understanding of standard office procedures and practices
New business prospecting and development
Prospect, qualify and generate new sales leads
New business prospecting and development, including cold calling; scheduling client introductions and meetings; and preparing presentations, proposals, and bid specifications to strategically win new business.
Follow up with qualified sales leads and convert to transactions.
Mentor, coach and develop sales reps/distributors to meet and exceed their sales goals.
Ensure a positive customer experience.
Assist seniors with sales and marketing initiatives.
Maintain professionalism and adherence to Company policy and procedures.

Position Description:
As a Graphic Artist / Animator, you will be responsible for contributing towards large scale live client projects, which may require you to think out-of-the box and apply effective visualization skills that can enhance the organizations deliverables, support the design team, as well as build branding & marketing collaterals.
Requirements
Graduate or Pursuing-Graduate with relevant training in graphic design & animation software
In depth Knowledge of Adobe Flash, Action Scripting, Sound Forge
Understanding of Adobe Photoshop & Corel Draw will be an added advantage
